Introduction
The Toner Filling Machine fill 600g/min or aprox. 1 kg/1,5 min, with manual stop or as optional with automatic stop through digital scale of high precision. Also it has as optional, a system of powerful dust aspiration of toner connected, leaving its clean plant and optimizing its service.
Characteristics
With a screw of push of toner in steel inox and with bombs and valves of silica closing to prevent tacks of toner automatically in the surfaces and that they allow to adjust the amount to be filled, either manual or automatic.
It is prepared for the installation of dust suction of toner similar to the used ones in the machines of cleanness ONJET JUNIOR.
The engine of suction 0,5CV guarantees a professional aspiration with low level of noise (inferior 80db)
With filter of poliester of high efficiency 99,995 %, it blocks particles above of 1 micra and with half-automatic cleanness, also with double filtering and allowing to the access washed frontal for of exactly with water.
The lodged external engine in a box can external be installed to the room of same operation becoming toalmente the quiet one with 6"aluminum pipe and allowing free movements facilitating the work of the user.
The entrance and exit of the bottles/cartridges can be made by the part frontal or lateral.
It is not necessary ar compressor.
